Sugar Free Apple Tart
Prep time: 8-10 minutes Cooking time: 25-30 minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 medium apples, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup low-fat Granola
- 2 tablespoons chopped dates
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Instructions: Combine apples and dates in a small casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon over fruit mixture. Pour the apple juice over apple mixture. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until apples are slightly tender. Sprinkle with Granola. Serve warm.
